Friday Films LLC was founded by Hemant M. Pandya, who has over 30 years of expertise in all three formats of visual arts: theatre, television, and films. What began as a hobby in photography has now become his profession. Under his guidance, we have successfully established ourselves as one of the most efficient, meticulous, and professional photographers and videographers.

Friday Films is a well-known name in the Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT) for photography, particularly for Bollywood events. We are the "Official Photographer" for most Bollywood events in the region.

Hemant M. Pandya's Journey

After graduating in Science from Mumbai University, Hemant pursued a career in the Hindi Television & Film Industry (Bollywood). He started as an Assistant Director to Indian National Award-Winning Actor/Director Paresh Rawal and Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi. He has since established himself as a Photographer, Editor, Writer, Director, and Producer.

Hemant has contributed to many popular Hindi television serials and films as a Writer, Executive Producer, and Creative Director. He has worked with renowned Bollywood directors, including Paresh Rawal, Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi, Pankaj Parashar, Meera Nair, Pramod Chakraborty, Sanjay Gupta, Deepti Naval, Shahab Shamshi, Mukesh Khanna, Ketan Mehta, and Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Photography as Communication

Our director has loved taking pictures since he took his first photography class in college, inspired by the love he has for his home city, Mumbai. Over the past 15+ years, he has photographed many different subjects, scenes, people, celebrities, and moments. According to him,
